I am intrigued by the body’s ability to function and to compensate when the muscles are in a dysfunctional state. A body can and will heal itself, most often, without drugs and/or surgery with a little help. I enjoy continually learning new massage/bodywork techniques that I can use in my work. I treat all clients and their physical needs individually and with great respect and compassion. I receive a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when I can help people feel better and become free of pain and no longer have restriction of motion.

Clinical Massage Therapy focuses on actually correcting a physical problem, pain, or dysfunction. The clinical therapy session and subsequent sessions follow a treatment plan that is developed to have short and long term end-goals in place that aim to resolve the client’s problem or complaint.
Clinical Sessions are typically comprised of multiple modalities based on what problems are to be addressed and the client is given simple stretches, exercises and sometimes nutritional advice to keep the pain/problem from recurring.
